By using this website, placing an order, or attending Pirate Brew Fest using a purchased ticket or package, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Event Information

Pirate Brew Fest 2026 is scheduled for:

Saturday, November 7, 2026
11:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Fudpucker’s Beachside Bar & Grill
20001 Emerald Coast Parkway
Destin, Florida 32541

General admission to the event is free unless otherwise stated. Products sold through this website may include VIP packages, drink tickets, tasting privileges, merchandise, or other benefits described on the applicable product page.

Purchasing a VIP package or drink ticket does not create an ownership interest in the event or guarantee access to any benefit not expressly included in the product description.

3. Ticket Purchases

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by the Organizer. We reserve the right to:

  • Limit the number of tickets or packages purchased by one person;
  • Reject or cancel suspected fraudulent, unauthorized, or duplicate orders;
  • Correct pricing, product-description, or technical errors; and
  • Require additional information to verify an order.

If we cancel an order before the event, the amount charged for the canceled item will be refunded to the original payment method.

The purchaser is responsible for providing a correct email address and reviewing all order information before completing checkout.

4. All Sales Are Final

ALL TICKET, VIP PACKAGE, DRINK TICKET, AND EVENT-RELATED PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NONREFUNDABLE, EXCEPT WHEN PIRATE BREW FEST IS CANCELED BY THE ORGANIZER AND NOT RESCHEDULED.

Refunds will not be provided because of:

  • A purchaser’s inability or decision not to attend;
  • Illness, travel problems, transportation issues, or scheduling conflicts;
  • Weather conditions that do not cause the Organizer to cancel the event;
  • Lost, stolen, unused, or partially used tickets;
  • Failure to bring acceptable identification;
  • Refusal of alcoholic beverage service;
  • Removal from the event for misconduct; or
  • Changes to participating vendors, breweries, performers, activities, schedules, or advertised attractions.

Please review your order carefully before completing payment.

5. Cancellation, Postponement, and Event Changes

Pirate Brew Fest is intended to take place rain or shine. The Organizer may delay, relocate, shorten, postpone, reschedule, modify, or cancel the event when reasonably necessary because of weather, safety concerns, government orders, emergencies, venue conditions, vendor availability, or circumstances beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control.

If the event is postponed or rescheduled, purchased tickets and packages will remain valid for the rescheduled event unless the Organizer announces a different policy.

If the Organizer cancels the entire event and does not reschedule it, purchasers will be eligible for a refund of the amount paid for the canceled ticket or package. Unless required by law, the Organizer is not responsible for travel, lodging, transportation, parking, or other expenses incurred in connection with the event.

Official updates will be posted on PirateBrewFest.com or sent to the email address associated with the order.

6. Ticket Delivery and Use

Tickets or order confirmations may be delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout. Purchasers are responsible for retaining and presenting the applicable ticket, QR code, confirmation number, or identification at the event.

Each ticket may be redeemed only once. Copying, altering, duplicating, counterfeiting, or fraudulently using a ticket is prohibited.

The Organizer may require the original purchaser’s name, order confirmation, payment information, or photo identification to verify a purchase.

7. Transfers and Resale

Tickets may be transferred to another eligible attendee for personal use unless the product description states otherwise. The recipient must comply with these Terms, including all age and identification requirements.

Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes, used in an unauthorized promotion or giveaway, or sold at an inflated price. The Organizer is not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorized sellers and cannot guarantee their validity.

8. Alcohol and Age Requirements

Alcoholic beverages may be purchased, possessed, or consumed only by attendees who are at least 21 years old.

A valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID may be required when redeeming an alcohol-related ticket and whenever alcoholic beverages are requested. The name on the identification may be required to match the ticket or order information.

Purchasing a VIP or drink package does not guarantee alcohol service. Event staff and participating vendors may refuse service to anyone who:

  • Cannot provide acceptable proof of age;
  • Appears intoxicated;
  • Attempts to provide alcohol to a person under 21;
  • Acts in an unsafe, disruptive, or abusive manner; or
  • Otherwise violates applicable law, venue rules, or these Terms.

A refusal of alcohol service does not entitle the purchaser to a refund.

Attendees are responsible for drinking responsibly and arranging safe transportation. Do not drink and drive.

9. Event Admission and Conduct

The Organizer and venue reserve the right to inspect tickets, verify identification, check bags when permitted by law, and refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behavior creates a safety concern or disrupts the event.

Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Fighting, harassment, threats, or abusive behavior;
  • Possession of illegal drugs, weapons, or prohibited items;
  • Providing alcohol to minors;
  • Excessive intoxication;
  • Damaging venue, vendor, or attendee property;
  • Entering restricted areas;
  • Unauthorized vending, solicitation, or commercial activity; and
  • Failure to follow reasonable instructions from event or security personnel.

An attendee refused entry or removed for violating these requirements will not receive a refund.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors attending the event.

10. Vendors, Performers, and Activities

Participating breweries, food trucks, artists, vendors, musicians, games, menu items, beverages, and activities are subject to change without notice.

The Organizer does not guarantee the availability of any particular beverage, vendor, product, performer, attraction, or activity. Published schedules are estimates and may be changed for operational or safety reasons.

Independent vendors are responsible for their own products and services. Complaints concerning an independent vendor’s separate transaction may need to be directed to that vendor.

11. Assumption of Risk

Attendance at a public event involves ordinary risks, including crowds, uneven surfaces, weather exposure, food or beverage reactions, interaction with other attendees, and participation in event activities.

By attending, you voluntarily accept the ordinary risks associated with the event and agree to follow posted warnings and reasonable safety instructions.

Nothing in these Terms releases any party from liability that cannot legally be waived, including liability arising from gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

12. Photography and Recording

Photography, video recording, and audio recording may occur throughout Pirate Brew Fest.

By entering the event, you grant the Organizer and its authorized representatives permission to photograph or record you and to use your appearance in event-related advertising, publicity, social media, websites, and promotional materials without additional compensation, where permitted by law.

If you have a privacy concern, please contact event staff upon arrival. The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request but cannot guarantee exclusion from incidental crowd photography.

Unauthorized commercial photography, livestreaming, or professional recording may be prohibited.

13. Website Use

You agree not to use PirateBrewFest.com:

  • For unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
  • To interfere with the website’s security or operation;
  • To introduce malware or harmful code;
  • To obtain unauthorized access to customer or business information;
  • To scrape, copy, or commercially exploit website content without permission; or
  • To place orders using false, stolen, or unauthorized payment information.

We may restrict or terminate website access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

14. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in United States dollars. Applicable taxes, service charges, or processing fees will be displayed before the order is submitted.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is confirmed. A pending charge, payment attempt, or shopping-cart entry does not guarantee ticket availability.

If an incorrect price is displayed because of a technical or clerical error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

15. Chargebacks

Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, please contact us at [CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL] so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Filing a chargeback does not override these Terms. We may provide the payment processor with the order record, ticket-delivery information, checkout acceptance records, and other relevant documentation when responding to a dispute.

16. Privacy

Personal information submitted through this website is handled according to our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy should be reviewed before completing a purchase.

Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not control those providers’ independent privacy or security practices.

17. Intellectual Property

The Pirate Brew Fest name, website content, graphics, event materials, photographs, and related branding are owned by or licensed to the Organizer and may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, or commercially used without written permission.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, event, tickets, and related services are provided on an “as available” basis. The Organizer does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free or that every advertised event feature will remain available.

These disclaimers do not limit any warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer, venue, sponsors, vendors, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the website, a ticket purchase, or attendance at the event.

For claims directly related to a purchased ticket or package, the Organizer’s maximum aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the applicable ticket or package, except where a different remedy is required by law.

20. Indemnification

You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful conduct, violation of these Terms, misuse of a ticket, or infringement of another person’s rights.

This provision does not require you to indemnify any party for that party’s own negligence, gross negligence, or intentional misconduct where prohibited by law.

21. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, legal proceedings relating to these Terms, the website, or ticket purchases must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Okaloosa County, Florida.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be modified or limited only as necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The version governing a purchase is the version posted when the order is completed, except where a later change is required by law.

The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page identifies the most recent revision.
